Many of the couple's fans assumed they were already married because Braxton was quoted as saying she wanted to tie the knot last year. Her sister, Tamar, also recently revealed she doesn't know Birdman and the Grammy-winning singer's actual status.

Tamar added she just wanted to celebrate her sister's thriving relationship. According to Braxton, she and her fiancé are still trying to figure out their wedding date.

Before Birdman, the legendary singer was married to Keri Lewis from 2001 to 2003. The former couple shares two sons, Denim Cole and Diezel Ky.
