With regard to exercise, Chrisley said she walks and does Pilates to supplement her new eating plan. But most of her weight loss has been caused by her improved diet, she added.

In addition to the positive impact her weight loss will likely have on her health, Chrisley admitted that she currently likes the way she looks. She feels better about herself after losing weight, she said.
