Lizzo Posts Glamorous Instagram Selfies While Getting a COVID-19 Test
In a recent Instagram post, singer Lizzo recalled how the coronavirus made 2020 interesting. The post contained the star's selfies while getting a COVID-19 test, unlike any other star’s tests.
Over the weekend, Lizzo, 33, took to her Instagram account to share some throwback photos of her getting a COVID-19 test. In the first image, the pop singer didn’t even look like she was getting the test.
She leaned forward in what appeared to be a mirror-selfie while holding her iPhone with both hands. Right in front of her was someone administering the COVID-19 test and sticking a cotton swab in the singer’s nose.

The next three images showed the “Juice” vocalist posing alone without the shielded nurse administering the test. The star’s hair was perfect, along with her flawless makeup and manicured nails, with the post captioned:
“The 2020’s were wild.”

The image was one of the very few glamorous COVID-19 testing selfies on social media. The Grammy-Award-winning musician has been taking extra care of herself amid the pandemic.
Over the past year, the body-positive artist has been on a health journey. Lizzo has started eating vegan foods and worked out more to improve her health, not lose weight.
Fans have been privy to her journey via Instagram and TikTok. Besides looking after her health, earlier this month, the "Truth Hurts" songstress released her latest single featuring Cardi B, “Rumors.”
Sadly, the result isn’t of a baby but a grown woman with earrings and makeup.
The rapper and the pop singer didn’t only sing together on the track, but they also served as two of its producers. The song was initially supposed to be out on August 2, 2021, but it only came out the following week.
The track was Lizzo’s first release in more than a year. Before that, the closest released single was titled “Cuz I Love You,” and it was made available to fans as its own track in January 2020.
Die-hard Lizzo fans know she and actor Chris Evans have a running joke about dating and currently expecting a baby together. Earlier this month, a TikTok fan showed what Lizzo and Evans’ baby would look like.
Since picking up the post, Lizzo has shared a side-by-side TikTok clip of her reaction to the reveal. The creative post also included the artist’s “Rumors” in the background, and the result was amazing!
Sadly, the result, which can be seen here, isn’t of a baby but a grown woman with earrings and makeup. The short video ends with the musician cradling what appears to be a huge fake baby bump.
