A passenger took to TikTok to share her bad experience with an airline. The video, which has since gone viral, showed the woman as she spoke with officials about her version of events.

Ray Lin Howard, a rapper known as Fat Trophy Wife, accused Alaska Airlines staff of harassing her after she was taken off the plane by officers of the law.

INAPPROPRIATE OUTFIT

According to the TikToker, the flight attendants accosted her for wearing an “inappropriate” outfit. In the video, she recorded scenes of herself as she walked behind the police.

“I was escorted off the plane by police tonight, how’s your night going?” asked the text overlay on her video. The Alaskan musician was wearing a grey crop top and had her stomach showing when airline staff addressed her.

KICKED OFF THE PLANE

They allegedly asked her to put on another top, and she respected their wishes. However, she purported that "they approached [her] again, saying that [she] can’t wear this."

The TikToker expressed that she was addressed on 3 different occasions because of her attire, even though she put on another top. Howard said she then told the flight attendants that they should kick her off the plan if they wanted to.

THE DRESS CODE

Howard said she looked up the dress code and believed she was not overstepping any of the rules. In the video, the police official confirmed that no criminal activity was being investigated.

While Howard believed she was not overstepping the dress code, Alaska Airlines’ policy stipulates that the "customer service agents will have the final authority to refuse travel for inappropriate attire or appearance."

COMMENT FROM THE AIRLINE

In a follow-up video, she shared that the airline did give her the money back for her seats. They also purportedly gave her a future discount code. Howard was not impressed by this and sarcastically captioned her clip, "@alaskaair y’all are hilarious."

THE ONLINE REACTION

Netizens also had a lot to say about the video and the woman's accusations. A user stated: "A dress code? I had no idea airlines had that." Someone else said they were sorry Howard had to go through the experience.

Others pointed out that the woman was only asked to leave the plane because of her body type. One person shared: It's because you're a bigger girl. This is NOT okay! They just need to say that."
