Woman 'Nearly Kills' Date after Cooking Meal He's Allergic To, Causes Him to Lose 'Internal Organ'
What started as a romantic evening almost led to a man's death. The lady who cooked the meal was highly apologetic; no one could predict how the individual who knocked on death's door would respond to her pleas for forgiveness.
Comedian Lauren Pattison could have found some good content for her job, but her date probably didn't view it that way. Taking to Twitter, she shared a near-fatal story with her followers.
Of course, as one would do in the world of humor, she took it with a pinch of salt. The Twitter user's followers laughed along with her after they read about the incident.

The humorist let her followers know that she had chosen to cook paella for a man who would be enjoying a romantic night with her. Unfortunately, as neither of them knew, he was highly allergic to prawns.
He did go for seconds before he began vomiting.
In addition, it led to her date having an organ removed. As a result, she wrote the patient a sympathetic yet comedic letter shared in her Tweet.
In the first part of the note, Pattison apologized for the incident, which ultimately led to appendicitis, and her date had to have his appendix removed. She penned:
"I tried to steal your heart but alas I stole your appendix. My bad. Get well soon you absolute prawn."
The post has since gone viral. It has received nearly 900 retweets, just past 101 quote Tweets, and just over 25,000 likes, so far.

Comments rushed in, with a significant number of fellow netizens also finding the situation and her take on it quite funny. User Liam Frost wrote:
"Aye but was the paella nice?"
Playing along, Pattison responded that he went for seconds before he began vomiting. The Twitter user explained that he hadn't eaten it since childhood due to a bad experience with seafood. Unbeknown to him at the time, the allergy caused the reaction in the first place.
Luckily for this blushing cook, her date wasn't angry or upset. She divulged in the comment section that he thankfully also saw the funny side.
Many thought his handling of the situation was a good sign for the future. Others hoped that the two would end up in a love story, and this could be a funny tale to tell in years to come.

As Pattison models to her followers, humor is a beautiful tool to use when dealing with an unexpected and unwanted situation.
A TikTok user deployed the same strategy, although she couldn't stop a few tears. User @emilythecounsellor found a way to giggle when a hairdresser completely ruined her tresses.
Taking to TikTok, she shared a video of herself tearing up and laughing as she showed the viewers her new hairstyle. Emily opted for split dye, but the result was nothing like the perfect example depicted in the video.
The TikToker's tresses, on the other hand, were shabby and had orange streaks. When she asked the hairstylist to fix it, her request was denied.
