The Missouri-born star announced that she had secretly married her wife, Anna Petrakova, a Russian professional basketball player, two years ago, and the couple is expecting their first child.

She reminisced about how her heart could have exploded from the love. She thanked Petrakova for always challenging her and correcting her whenever she was wrong.
The pro-player also showered her wife with praises and thanked her for creating a safe space for them. The Women's National Basketball Association star also shared how grateful she was to Petrakova for loving Parker's daughter, Lailaa, 12.

"Thank you for always loving Lailaa as your own, being my calm, my support, my voice of reason, my laughs, my cuddles, my dance in the rain, my happy, my home," she continued.
EXPANDING THE FAMILY
To add to the already emotional tribute, Parker noted that her wife was pregnant with their first child together, a dream come true for them as they've always dreamed of growing their family.
She shared how surreal it all was, adding that Lailaa was ecstatic about being a big sister. She ended the post saying she could not wait to start on the next chapter of their lives.
Gushing over her wife, she recognized that their journey had been anything but smooth. She was, however, proud of the life they'd built and their growth, individually and as a couple.
NASTY DIVORCE
The WNBA star and her ex-husband, Williams, a former Duke University player, were married for eight years before they parted ways in 2016.
The couple tied the knot in 2008, but according to divorce documents obtained by TMZ, Williams disclosed that they had been separated since August 2016 and were living apart.
A further probe into the papers revealed that Williams had filed for the divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. He was also asking for joint custody of their daughter.
The twist, however, was that Williams, who made over 12 million dollars in his NBA career, was demanding that his ex-wife pay him spousal support and cover his attorney fees.
