However, during this time, the soon-to-be Queen continued to attend social events without showing any hurt or struggle. The royal wife did not even make any media comments about her relationship; thus, the ability to represent the royal family without displaying any emotional distress is the ultimate skill the future Queen of England will need.

Middleton, who has recently celebrated 11 years of marriage, said the three months she spent apart from Willaim back in 2007 made her a stronger person. It might have been a painful time for the Duchess of Cambridge, but she said:

“I think you can get quite consumed by a relationship when you’re younger. I really valued that time, for me as well, although I didn’t think it at the time.”

KATE MIDDLETON IS EMBRACING HER FEMININE POWER

In the era of feminism, women have taken control of their bodies and redefined what a woman’s body should look like. In the earlier days, around the 18th century, women were not allowed to show their arms, and embracing defined, and muscular arms were even more taboo.

The display of physical strength was associated with manual labor, and women were considered to be for the house. A woman's body was considered to show fertility and femininity if it was curvacious and breasted, while the slender shape depicted a body that did not lift a thing; however, that soon changed.

In the 1980s, Jane Fonda was one of the women that openly spoke about discovering the burn of her tricep muscles. Soon after that, training arms became a thing.

The trend of defined triceps was not the mainstream display of women’s bodies; it took up to two decades for adverts to stray away from the size zero models.

One might say it was not until the former first lady famously posed with her arms in a sleeveless dress showing her defined arms. The narrative started changing, and women in influential positions started embracing their new workout routines.

Women such as Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, Queen Letizia of Spain, and Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot started to shamelessly flashing their toned arms to evoke strength and confidence.

Kate Middleton comes from an athletic family, her sister Pippa was a sports scholar, and all Middleton women are in good shape, including their mother, Carole, who is in her 60s.

Middleton is truly showing to be an authoritative woman. She was voted amongst the 50 most influential Women alongside icons like Serena Williams. Despite a busy career and three children, The Duchess of Cambridge still has the time to look after her health and maintain a fit body.

According to a close royal source, the duchess of Cambridge has achieved her toned body without a personal trainer. Her secret to developing strong muscles is a plank, but the soon-to-be queen also dedicates an hour of her morning routine to an intense workout of calisthenics and aerobic exercise, skipping indoor rowing, and intense interval training.

All of this exercise is also done with her newfound love of Cross fit training, which is an exercise routine focused on building a strong and muscled body. There's really no stopping The Duchess of Cambridge.
