After fans were worried about musician canceling their shows, Santana decided to clarify the reason behind the sudden postponement of seven shows in total.

When Santana and Blackman got to the hospital, they discovered the chest pains were more severe than expected. The guitarist had to go for surgery and take time off to recover.

Michael Vrionis, president of Universal Tone Management, put fans at ease with his statement and said:

"Carlos is doing fantastic and is anxious to be back on stage soon. He profoundly regrets that this 'speed bump' necessitated the cancellation of his upcoming performances."

Amid his health issues, Sanatana has been putting some of his property on the market. He sold his house in Hawaii, where he actually owns two properties, but the musician decided to let go of one of them.

The four-bedroom home is located on the island of Kauai and was sold for a whopping 11.9 million. The vacation home has a modern resort style and overlooks the waters of Anini Beach.

The second house Santana sold was his San Diego home. The scenic Tiburon Peninsula house was sold for $5.53 million, with a profit of about $430,000. The place holds significant meaning to Santana. When the artist left Mexico, he and his family first lived in San Diego.

This is where his Santana Blues Band, now known as Santana, was founded, making it his first house. Santana has kept his Las Vegas home, where he has mostly been residing for the past nine years.

Although Santana sold his San Diego Home, Hawaii seems to be the ultimate spot for him to relax and unwind.

Blackman, who has been Santana's wife for twelve years, gave an update and clarified the reason behind his husband's collapse. She said

"It was 100 degrees on stage and 114 under the lights, so that coupled with not enough water is what caused the issue,"

However, the drummer also thanked fans for their support and promised he would be well and back on stage soon.

This collapse comes after Santana endured a line of health issues. He went through unexpected heart problems that led to surgery, and the musician was forced to cancel more shows due to a COVID-19 infection.

Alas, this manager also confirmed he was "doing well." Santana does not let anything stop him; he will be back to regular programming and attending all his performances in August.
