HAZEL RENEE'S RELATIONSHIP WITH DRAYMOND GREEN

Renee met Green in college and already knew his face as an athlete. He took their team to a Big Ten tournament championship and Final Four appearances at that time. Green said:

"We were in the same theater class and both athletes. Naturally, we gravitated towards one another for group projects because we were already familiar with each other."

However, it wasn't until years later that they reunited and had their first date in Los Angeles. Renee once detailed their first date hanging out at a rooftop pool-side cabana. Since they hadn't seen each other for a while, they just caught up and talked.

In 2019, Green proposed to his girlfriend a $300,000 six-carat diamond ring, which he customized for the love of his life. Jason of Beverly Hills CEO Jason Arasheben revealed that the athlete was "very involved in the design process."

The news of their engagement was accidentally mentioned by Steve Kerr, the Warriors head coach, during an interview. Among the good things he noted about the season was Green's engagement but did not give details. Following the proposal, Renee has been vocal about the big day and spending the rest of their lives together.

The couple tied the knot on August 14, 2022, in a solemn and beautiful wedding ceremony. According to Renee, she and her then-fiance wanted their celebration to be a reflection of their lives, their style, and "natural boss energy."

Green does not shy away from posting photos of his son online and sometimes shares glimpses of their moments. Previously, he shared a snap with Draymond Jr., where they were both sticking their tongues out. He referred to his son as a young version of himself.

Just as Green has a good relationship with Olive, Renee is also close to her husband's son. However, in December 2020, Green and Renee welcomed a child of their own, a daughter named Cash.

Since becoming a third-time dad, Green has changed his perspective and priorities in life. He speaks highly of his family and treasures each moment spent together. During a previous win, he revealed how it was important to celebrate such victories with his family.

"If you would have asked me this three years or five years ago in the midst of a five-year run, you think it's just normal and natural that you end up in this position," he said. "After the last two years, you just realize it's not guaranteed, and anything can happen in the blink of an eye that changes everything."

Green is undoubtedly learning many things as a father and husband. Hopefully, he will one day impart to the public how life has been for him raising three kids while maintaining a basketball career.
