Jenn Goicoechea Is Usher's Girlfriend and Mom to 2 of His Children: What We Know About Her

Jenn Goicoechea and American R&B singer Usher are not only romantic partners but also parents. The couple has welcomed two lovely children since they started dating a few years ago.

Who Is Jenn Goicoechea?

Jenn Goicoechea met Usher soon after he split from his second wife, Grace Harry. Usher first walked down the aisle when he married Tameka Foster, an American fashion stylist. The former spouses tied the knot in 2007 before going their separate ways in 2009.

The "Confessions" singer moved on after his divorce and met businesswoman Grace Harry. They became husband and wife in 2015; however, their marriage ended about three years later in 2018.

Usher has not yet walked down the aisle again since he split from his ex-wives. He has been in a relationship with Goicoechea for about three years. The pair started a relationship in October 2019 after they were spotted at the Hollywood Bowl.

Their First Baby

Jenn Goicoechea and Usher didn't waste time becoming parents after they started dating. The pair announced they would have their first child together in early 2020, a few months after they got together. Their child was Usher's third, as he has two children from his first marriage with Foster.

The couple's firstborn was a bouncing baby girl, born on September 30, 2020. The "No Limit" hitmaker took to Instagram to announce the birth of his baby girl. Goicoechea's boyfriend shared a photo that showed him holding his newborn daughter's tiny hands and revealing her name in the caption. He wrote:

"We are feeling blessed and full of love with the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Sovereign Bo Raymond. 'Isn't She lovely' by Stevie Wonder on repeat."

News that the couple was expecting became public about a month before their baby arrived. At the end of August 2020, Us Weekly revealed that a source close to the pair said they were thrilled and "very excited" about the news.

Usher's girlfriend was also spotted showing her baby bump while leaving a production studio with her boyfriend that same month. Goicoechea's baby daddy explained in 2021 the inspiration behind their daughter's name Sovereign Bo.

The doting dad shared that the name Sovereign means "supreme ruler," and their baby girl was "ruling the household" at the time. He said the other name, Bo, means that she's his "little 'reign-bo.'"

Jenn Goicoechea and Usher expanded their family about a year later when they had their second child together. Goicoechea gave birth to their son on September 29, 2021.

A few weeks later, the 43-year-old singer revealed the exciting news that they were parents again by sharing a black and white closeup image of their son. He said in the caption:

"Hi, my name is Sire Castrello Raymond … I am the newest addition to the Raymond crew. I was born Sept 29, 2021, at 6:42 pm weighing 7lbs 13oz. Hear me roar … A.K.A Ra Ra .👶🏽 ♎️Gang #demraymondboys."

Usher's girlfriend revealed she was about to become a mom again in May 2021 at the iHeartRadio Music Awards by sharing a photo from the event on her social media. The expectant mother revealed that another baby was on the way in the caption.

Her partner wished her a happy Mother's Day in 2021, which was her first after their daughter's birth. Jenn Goicoechea also posted a touching tribute to her boyfriend on Father's Day the following month. She shared pictures of Usher with their daughter and his older sons from his previous relationship.

The music executive's partner revealed to Ellen DeGeneres in 2020 that his eldest kids are "excited about being big brothers." Usher also said they were "too protective" of their little sister.
