Harry recently shared updates on his and Meghan's children during a call with the winners of the WellChild Awards.
For years, Meghan Markle graced the silver screens with her appearances in fan-favorite movies "Dysfunctional Friends," " The Candidate," and "Random Encounters," among many others.
However, many recognize her for her role in the legal TV drama series "Suits," where she played Rachel Zane, a paralegal who prefers to live on the money she earns despite her family's wealth.

Her star seemed to shine ever so bright but halted as soon as the actress announced her engagement to Prince Harry in 2016. She left the series after the seventh season, having hit 100 episodes.
Asked about her thoughts on giving up her career to be with Harry, Meghan responded that she did not look at it as giving up her acting career. Instead, she saw it as a change — a transition to a new chapter in her life.
In a recent interview with Variety, the mother of two disclosed that she would not be considering going back to acting. She noted that while one should never say never, her intentions about not returning to acting were crystal clear.

Asked what advice she would offer a young actress cast as Meghan 100 years from now, the "Remember Me" star says she would not hesitate to provide any help and coach the actress, adding:
"I hope that in preparing for that role, she finds the softness and the playfulness and the laughter. The silliness. I just hope she finds the dimensions. Also, she can call me!"

And while she does not see herself acting anymore, the former actress revealed that she could see her children being future actors — in fact, she will encourage them to pursue whatever career path they deem fit.
Meghan Encourages Her & Harry's Kids to Become Whoever They Want
Many parents in the entertainment industry are skeptical about their kids following in their footsteps, but not Meghan. Asked what she would say if one of her kids came to her in the next 10 or 15 years and said they wanted a career in the entertainment industry, she said she would encourage them to follow their hearts.
As a parent, she revealed, one often wants the best for their child, and if acting brought them joy, she would love for them to pursue it. She shared:
"They're our kids, obviously, and they're part of a legacy and a tradition and a family that will have other expectations."
The "Horrible Bosses" actress noted that with her rapport as an actress and her husband as a prince, her children are bound to have it easier than most. However, she hopes they carve out their own paths.
She disclosed that it took plenty of talent and a lot of grit to make it in the entertainment industry, but if that is the path her children chose, they will become successful because in her words:
"We're creating multidimensional, interesting, kind, creative people. That's who our kids are. "
However, having been in the industry for years and having experienced firsthand how it operates, Meghan hopes things will be different when and if her daughter joins the acting industry.
Speaking with Paris Hilton on her new Archetypes podcast, Meghan disclosed that she had experienced being valued for beauty and not brains when she first started on the game show "Deal or No Deal."
Back then, Meghan was just an aspiring 20-something actress and one of the girls holding a briefcase on the show, where she stood behind briefcase number 11 for two episodes before moving to number 24.
It was not one of her most proud moments, and she often refers to it as one of the things she had to do to make ends meet before she landed better-acting jobs.

She hopes things will be different for her daughter and that Lilibet will be valued first for her mind. She explained that she wanted her daughter to aspire to be slightly higher than she [Meghan] was starting out. She wants Lilibet to be educated and intelligent and to take pride in the things she chooses to do.
Harry's Update on Archie and Lilibet
Harry is one proud dad who does not shy away from showcasing this fact to the world. He often talks and updates fans about his and Meghan's children, Archie and Lilibet's growth and milestones.
Recently, he opened up about his children during a call with the winners of this year's WellChild Awards, an organization geared toward celebrating seriously ill children and young people in the UK, as well as awarding those that help make a difference in their lives.

Speaking to Henry Waines, 4, and his parents, Harry pointed out that little Waines spoke with a squeaky voice just like his son Archie did:
"I tell you what, you sound just like my son Archie, with that little squeaky voice. I love it."
As they continued chatting about this and that, Waines asked how Archie and Lilibet were doing, to which Harry responded, saying they were doing great. He noted that Archie was "very busy" while Lilibet was learning how to speak, which he thought was terrific.
The duke also shared an update on his family and their life in Montecito, California. As he spoke, one of their dogs joined in the call for a brief moment, prompting Harry to joke that he and his wife Meghan had "five children" at home.
He revealed that in addition to their two children, Archie and Lilibet, they were also parents to three dogs — a black Labrador named Pula and two rescue beagles, Guy and Mia.
