Eric Bolling Has Been Married to Wife Adrienne Bolling for 25 Years: What We Know About Their Family
On October 3, Eric Bolling and his wife, Adrienne, celebrated over twenty years of marriage and have stood as a united front after Eric lost his job and the couple suffered the loss of their son.
Born on March 2, 1963, Eric grew up in Chicago, Illinois. His father was a door-to-door salesman, and his mother sold coats. Growing up with less motivated Eric to work hard so he could provide for his family one day.
After Adrienne came into his life, they welcomed their only child, their son Eric Chase. The TV personality garnered over a hundred thousand followers on Instagram at the time of writing, and occasionally shared pictures of his family.

Eric's Longtime Marriage with Adrienne
Eric and Adrienne tied the knot on October 4, 1997, and later welcomed Eric Chase. The couple went to Mass together every Sunday, and Eric said his favorite way to ring in the new year was to share a kiss with his wife.
Before breaking into the financial world and landing a spot as a host on television, Eric was a baseball player. In 1984, the MLB team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, drafted Eric, but an injury led to the demise of his professional career. With his dad's encouragement and the help of his girlfriend at that time, Eric got a job in finance. He said:
"To make a long story short, I found my way into the commodity business and ended up loving it."
The Couple's Son Passed Away in 2017
In 2017, Adrienne and Eric's son passed away during the first week of his sophomore year at university. One night, the couple was driving home from a "normal" dinner when Eric received a phone call from a panicked young man.
He instructed the TV personality to call another person close to Eric Chase. At around 10:30 at night, Adrienne and Eric learned that their son had died after an opioid overdose. Eric said:
"We never saw it coming. We never thought we would get that call. Every parent doesn't want it. We got it."
During a public service announcement for former president Donald Trump's administration's campaign to combat the opioid crisis in America, Eric detailed the moment his wife fell into the street after hearing the news of their son's death. "I had to gather her up, and we sat on the curb," he said.
The parents sat on the curb for an hour, grieving. They were overcome with guilt, wondering if it was something they did—they worried about what friends and family would think. On September 7, 2017, Eric posted a tweet stating that Eric Chase had passed away and the details around his death were unclear.
On September 9, 2017, Eric revealed in another tweet that authorities had not found evidence of self-harm as Eric and Adrienne awaited an autopsy. In his tweets, Eric expressed that thoughts and prayers were appreciated and asked for respect during his family's grieving period. Eric Chase's passing came a day after Eric lost his job at Fox News.
In the 2018 service announcement, Eric said he was overwhelmed by the number of people the opioid crisis had affected and urged parents to get involved in their children's lives. He called for parents to converse about the danger of drug abuse continuously.
Adrienne Bolling Was Devoted to Her Son
During an interview with Fox News in 2013, Eric said the most important things to him were his conservatism, faith, and family. Like Tina Turner, Adrienne is another woman in the public eye to have lost a child.
Before Eric Chase's passing, he was very close with his parents. In 2015, Adrienne, Eric, and Eric Chase enjoyed a family vacation, and the senior Eric shared a photo of the smiling family on Twitter.
Eric Chase also joined Adrienne and Eric on Thanksgiving in 2014 in serving the less fortunate in the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. While speaking to his former college, Eric shared that his family visited Orlando theme parks whenever they had the chance.
