Born and raised in the Glendale/La Cañada area, Heather is a South California native. She attended La Cañada High School and reportedly loves cities with breathtaking architecture, unbeatable food, and rich history. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of California and later landed a job as Disney's director of Special Event Marketing.

There, she acquired valuable business insights and gained experiences and skills that she still utilizes. Because of her passion for interior design, Heather built a firm called Portera, which imports antique Spanish doors.

In 2009, Heather ventured into real estate full-time. In addition to her love for interior design, the mom of three likes to help her clients find and create homes they love. She specializes in luxurious properties but also sells homes from all price ranges.

Heather has a strong work ethic. She treats clients with honesty, empathy, and a positive attitude because most of her customers come from referrals. The realtor also has friends who have become clients. In August 2023, Heather revealed on her Instagram page that she sold off a home for her pals.

Heather Helm Is a Proud Mom of 3

Heather and Matthew have three kids together: their eldest daughter is Addison, their middle child is Macey, and their only son is Liam. Macey made her first public appearance when she joined her dad at the premiere of "He's All That" in Hollywood, California.

In June 2023, she graduated from Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, a private all-girls Catholic high school, and her mom said, "So proud of you, Ace!" Heather wrote in her caption. She congratulated her daughter on the milestone and thanked the institution alongside the pictures from the ceremony, which the father of her kids also attended.

Heather also shared a picture of her daughter Macey, revealing where she would go to college. The snapshot showed that her child would study acting at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennslyvania. Meanwhile, her other child, Addison, celebrated her 21st birthday in June 2023.

Heather paid a heartfelt tribute to her on Instagram alongside throwback photos from her childhood, including some showing her as a young adult. She called her firstborn an "incredible human," adding she is an artist, activist, and "everyone's ray of sunshine," the doting parent penned.

Macey is pretty talented with her fingers, as she gifted her mom a hand-stitched sweater that she wore on Valentine's Day. Addison is her eldest daughter pursuing a drama and visual arts major at UCLA. Her son Liam became interested in real estate at a young age.

Even after being together for two decades, Heather and Matthew's romance has strengthened. On their 20th anniversary, he posted throwback photos of how they met, their wedding day, and their transition through the years. In his post, the nominated actor confessed his love for Heather and called her his best friend.

Heather and Matthew have been married for 23 years. She commemorated their special day on Instagram in August 2023, writing, "London, 1999. Missing you on our anniversary, @matthewlillard… It's always better when we're together." The blonde beauty shared a throwback picture of her and her beloved spouse locking lips.

Matthew, who starred in the romantic movie, "She's All That," alongside Freddie Prinze Jr., Paul Walker, and Gabriel Union, also marked the occasion on his Instagram account.
