He would also drive her to and from places, given she did not have a driver's license. As he recalled, he would take her to Wilmington during their days off at work to bond. Although some of their philosophies did not align, they still found common ground and fell in love with each other.

The couple has been married for 21 years, and they remain as in love as ever. In a previous interview, they revealed that the secret to a long-lasting relationship is making each other laugh. "If they stop making you laugh, then your days are numbered," Prinze Jr. quipped.

Another piece of advice Gellar gave was not to share a bathroom. Although she did not expound on this, she said it was one of her best advice.
