Zack Snyder is quite the family man, as he has many children who he loves and cares for. The Hollywood filmmaker has a massive family of eight children from three women.

Four of the eight are his biological children, while the other four are adopted. Zack has four children, Autumn, Willow, Olivia, and Eli, from his first marriage to Denise Weber. The former two are his adopted kids, while the latter two are his biological ones.

Two more children, sons Jett and Ezekiel, are from his relationship with Kirsten Elin, and both are his biological kids. Zack has been married twice, and in his second and current marriage to Deborah Snyder, the actor has welcomed two children, Cash and Sage. The proud dad reportedly has tattoos of all his kids' names.

Autumn

Technically, Zack has seven children since Autumn is no longer alive. She tragically lost her life through suicide on March 20, 2017, but the family kept the factors surrounding her death well under wraps. Her death was devastating for the family, and Zack had to step down from making the "Justice League." He said:

"I’ve decided to take a step back from the movie to be with my family, be with my kids, who really need me. They are all having a hard time. I’m having a hard time… I want the movie to be amazing and I’m a fan, but that all pales pretty quickly in comparison."

Zack shared Autumn with his first wife, Weber. They adopted the then-one-year-old from China. After raising her, she picked up a few of her father's traits. Autumn had discovered her inner artistry. She enjoyed writing and was in the middle of writing a science fiction novel when she died.

Besides following in her father's artistic footsteps, she also displayed a great sense of responsibility at a young age. The Sarah Lawrence College student tapped into her philanthropic bones when she created a charity called Write-A-Thon To End Homelessness For Mothers and Their Children in 2014.

Eli

Eli is Zack Snyder's oldest biological child, who the latter shares with his first wife, Denise Weber. He is said to be slightly younger than Autumn. Not much else is known about him except that he is developing an interest in filmmaking like his father.

He is noted as being different from Autumn in that he is not as dorky as she was and didn't appear to be quite as fanatical about his father's work. Perhaps his mind is not as imaginative as his father's and sister who both showed a strong interest in superheroes, monsters, aliens, and gods tales.

Nevertheless, Eli has been involved in several of his father's films, albeit in brief appearances. He had his debut in the 2006 hit movie, "300," where he appeared as a seven or eight-year-old Leonidas. Later in 2009, he was involved in the "Watchmen" as a young Rorschach. He got his third acting credit in 2011 for "Sucker Punch."

Willow

Like Autumn, Willow was also adopted from China by Zach and Weber. Interestingly, many other American celebrities have adopted children from Asia, including Katherine Heigl and Woody Allen. Willow appears to be about two years older than Autumn, although it is unclear which of them was adopted first.

Although she appears to be the oldest of the Snyder brood, little is known about her as she largely stays away from the spotlight. However, she made a public appearance with her father in 2017 while participating in a campaign to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention.

The event, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, came shortly after she had lost her sister to suicide; hence, its meaning to her was made more significant. A donation page was created in Autumn's name with a touching message that partly read:

"There are not enough words in the English language to properly express the pain of losing a sister."

Jett

After Zack's divorce from Weber, he got into a relationship with Kirsten Elin, a Hollywood line producer. The couple welcomed two children during their time together. One of their children is named Jett. Like most of his siblings, he also shies away from the spotlight; therefore, very little is known about him.

He did, however, have a moment in the sun when in 2017, he shared his review of the 2017 "Justice League" film released by Warner Bros. Initially, his father was tasked with the great responsibility of making one of the most anticipated DC films. However, after the passing of his sister, Zach failed to complete the movie.

The studio decided to replace him with "Avengers" director Joss Whedon who finished the movie under strict conditions. The film, starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, was not well received by many fans, including Jett. Although he admitted that he enjoyed the movie, he criticized Warner Bros for too much meddling in its making.

Other Children

Besides the four kids discussed above, there are four others, details of whom are not readily available. The other four, two biological and two adopted, are from three women.

The first is Olivia from Zack's first marriage with Denise Weber. After Zack's legal separation from Weber, his relationship with Elin resulted in two more children: Jett, who has been discussed above, and Ezekiel.

The final two children were adopted during Zack's marriage to Deborah Snyder. The pair have been a couple since 2002 when they began dating. They married on September 25, 2004, with a wedding reception at New York's St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church.

Their kids, Cash and Sage, were adopted, but details of their adoption are not public knowledge. Nevertheless, despite having eight children from three different mothers, the "Dawn of the Dead" director appears to be close to all his children.
