Domhnall Gleeson Was Reportedly Dating Producer Juliette Bonass in the Past
Domhnall grew up in Dublin county in Ireland, attended the Malahide Community School, and was a part of the drama group. He then attended the Dublin Institute of Technology, where he graduated with a degree in Media Arts.
In 2018, he reportedly lived in Dublin but not at his family house. According to the reports, he was living with the film producer Juliette Bonass, sparking their dating rumors.

Juliette met Domhnall during their days at the Dublin Institute of Technology and became friends. After they graduated, they worked together on different projects, and she has always admired him. She once said:
"I've worked with him before. And done a couple of shorts with him, and comedy sketches with him for charity. Isn't he doing great? Amazing, yeah. He's very successful [...] really hard working. He was working as an actor even when we were in fourth year."

Juliette was born into an entertainment family as her father, Brendan Bonass, was a guitarist, her mother worked as a graphic designer and in advertising, and one of her older sisters is a model.
As a producer, she started her career in 2006 and is known for "A Date for Mad Mary," "Psychic," "Rosie," "Get Up and Go," "The Last Hotel," "Guardian of the Ancient Shadow Crown," and more.

Domhnall Gleeson Doesn't Understand Why People Are Interested in His Love Life
Domhnall has never publicly discussed his dating life or confirmed his relationship with Juliette. He said:
"I find it strange that people want to know about those aspects of my life. And then I also find it odd that I'm quite so defensive about it."
The actor further remarked that he had always disliked how the public defined people by their partners. In addition, he feels that some parts of his life are too dear to him to share with everyone.

Domhnall Gleeson Once Confessed That Being Famous Is Not His Favorite Thing
Domhnall first experienced fame when he was a teenager. At the time, his father was already a celebrity, and fans always wanted him to sign an autograph or have a chat. It was weird for him, and he and his brothers would try to protect their father.
As he got older and became a successful actor, he also experienced some fame. His first taste of fame came with his 2010 role in J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1." The second significant period was after his "Star Wars" role.

The actor has never been thrilled about the celebrity lifestyle and would gladly give it up if he had the opportunity and did not have to stop acting. Domhnall said:
"Being well known in public is still not my favourite thing, but I understand how it goes, and I want to work."
Despite being famous and having his father and brothers work in the same industry as him, the actor is more grateful for his social worker mother, Mary Gleeson. He described her as amazing, a rock, and a brilliant woman who kept their creative family together.
