Actor and director Ron Howard has had a remarkable career in Hollywood, and his personal life has been just as successful. They even welcomed twin daughters, who became the focal points of their lives.
While he leads a relatively private life, he sometimes shares photos and details about his family on social media. He recently shared his twin's birthday; they turned 38 the same year he turned 68.

Now, he and his wife, Cheryl, are proud parents to the twins, yet there were moments before they were born when Ron expressed worries about his daughters, Paige and Jocelyn, whose birthday is on February 5.
Ron and Cheryl were 16 when they met in 1970. They went on a date and had pizza soon after their first meeting. They also watched a movie that night. Many years later, Ron shared that he and Cheryl celebrated their anniversary by recreating the date.
He mentioned that their relationship shouldn't have worked because they met so young. However, he was grateful that he and his wife managed to come through all the years together despite being so young.
Ron said that when the couple had their first child, they didn't have much trouble, but when they found out Cheryl would be having twins the second time she fell pregnant, everything changed for them.
He shared that his wife had to be in bed for three or four months at a time because she was carrying twins. He admitted:
"For the first time in my life, I had to take a lot of extra responsibility at home."

While he was worried about how they would manage when the twins were born, their birth brought the family nothing but love and happiness. Ron, who confessed the birth of his children was a watershed moment, has shown his love for his twin daughters on their birthdays.
Ron's Touching Gift on Twins' Birthday
Now that the twins have celebrated their 38th birthday, Ron took to Instagram to share a song he wrote for them while they were waiting for the twins to arrive. He paired it with a video from the day they were born.
The video was sent out as a birth announcement on the day the twins were born. Paige commented under the post, saying how much she loved her dad and that it was her favorite song. She then shared the video of her story and mentioned her dad had written it for her.
Their older sister then shared a video of them on her Instagram and said she was proud of her sisters and loved them very much. Paige once again commented, saying they loved their big sister too.
Ron's Rare but Sweet Moments with Both Twins
Paige followed in her famous father's footsteps and became an actress. However, her twin sister has a more private life because she has not taken a career in Hollywood. Paige's twin, Jocelyn, does not even have any social media.
However, the twins' father is not afraid to share details about their lives on social media. He often posts updates about his family on his Instagram page, showing milestones and other special occasions in their lives.
One post showed a smiling Ron with his arms draped around each of his twin girls. He said they were at a soccer game for one of his grandchildren. He admitted his daughters made him smile and also made him proud.
Another post by Ron was from the day after the twins' birthday in 2022. He shared a photo of the girls on a snowboard. He said that after the twins were born, his life had changed in a "profound" way.

He said he learned so much by being their father and thanked them for the joy they had brought into the family and the unique way they had changed the family's life when they came into the world.
