Tim was born Robert Tim Yeager on January 1, 1970. He is a professional writer born in Charles City, Iowa, and he acquired his education from the University of Lowa. Around this time, he met the love of his life, Robin Meade. Tim and his wife's lives have morphed into one with an unusually functional schedule.

Robin is a prominent personality and past employee of HLN's "Morning Express" show. Aside from media, she is a former winner of Miss Ohio and semi-finalist at the 1993 Miss America pageant. Tim is lucky enough that his multi-talented wife has also released some songs about him.

Tim Yeager Is Not an Only Child in His Family

Tim is one of three siblings, including his brother, Billy Yeager, who is married to Jessi Yeager. Tim's brother welcomed two boys with his wife, Cade Yeager, born in May 2003, and Cole Yeager, born in October 2005. He has another nephew named Blake Yeager, and his wife joined him in attending Blake's high school graduation ceremony.

On Father's Day 2017, Tim's sister-in-law paid tribute to her husband, Billy. She posted a picture of her husband and their sons draped in sports apparel, with a caption that reads, "Happy Father's Day to an incredible father and hubby. Love my crew!" Their son Cole was the 2022 second-team All-Region DB while playing for South Forsyth.

Tim spends the holiday season with his family. They gathered for what seemed to be a joyous celebration of New Year's Day 2022. Tim's nephews dressed in their father's T-shirts, adding humor to the picture Robin shared.

Tim's wife has exposed his love for dogs and mentioned they have a few of their own. In October 2015, she posted a picture of her husband holding a stray dog they rescued and provided a safe and healthy environment. They had already owned two female dogs before the rescue.

Robin also confirmed that one of their female dogs was a stray they rescued in 2015. She posted a picture of herself and their dog on a boat cruise. The caption of her post detailed the thinking behind the dog's name, Reese. She explained that Tim named the dog after family-orientated actress Reese Witherspoon.

Tim does not have a recognized social media account. It is hard to find any traces of him on social media besides posts made by his family members, more so his wife. Robin celebrates the love she shares with Tim and reportedly inked her feelings about him on her album, "Count On Me."

Tim Yeager and Robin Meade's First Date Was Quite Romantic

Robin revealed in an interview with Conn Jackson that she met Tim while working as a floor director at a TV production auction during what she refers to as her "TV geek" years. Her husband kept saying, "Hi, how are you, Robin?" and that she was dressed in a seemingly unattractive pair of jeans and beat-up tennis shoes.

She said that Tim, who was a jock that could get any woman he wanted, proceeded to ask her out, and they went to an ice cream shop on their first date, which turned out to be a failure. However, she added that they did not give up on their connection and cleverly mentioned that they had been two scoops of ice cream since their second date.

While speaking to Your Tango, Tim's wife revealed that she believes in love at first sight due to how he said he felt when he first met her. She said that when Tim first approached her, he could not keep his composure or his breath and took it as a sign from God pointing him in the direction of his true love.

Robin Meade's Most Romantic Memory Is from the Day She Married Tim Yeager

Tim married his college sweetheart in northern Ohio on November 6, 1993, a day his wife describes as the most romantic occasion. Before going on their honeymoon the next day, the couple spent the night at their condo, roughly 100 miles from their wedding location.

Robin detailed that her husband arranged for the bed in their condo's master bedroom to be decorated and surrounded by 100 red roses. She did not stop at appreciating her husband for his romantic gesture; she proceeded to exhibit her appreciation for the person who laid the roses precisely, saying:

"I'm still not exactly sure who the magic floral person was who did this work earlier in the day while we were off saying our vows. But there the flowers were, lined up perfectly in the master bedroom when we unlocked the doors after a long but happy day!"

The couple, celebrating their 30th anniversary this November, have a schedule that helps keep their romance fresh. Tim's wife noted that they do not see each other during weekdays, which heightens their excitement for when they meet on the weekend.

Tim was unhappy with his wife's situation and decided to step in, as mental health was a concealed topic at the time.

She added that when they finally meet on Friday nights, "It's like, 'Look at you! You're cute! How was your week? Great to see you! Let's go out together!' While it's not easy, it does keep us yearning for each other!"

Tim Yeager and Robin Meade Don't Have Children of Their Own, and She Once Joked about the Reason

Tim's wife is a television broadcaster who had a tight schedule at the peak of her career. In a 2011 Southern Views Magazine interview, she revealed that her days usually start at 2:00 or 2:30 in the morning, depending on whether she planned to wash and blow-dry her hair. She would get ready and go to work for a four-hour shift.

Tim works "regular" working hours, which causes him to return home when his wife is asleep. Their clashing timetables limit their interaction until the weekends, although this is fine for them. During the Southern Views Magazine interview, she said she usually sleeps early.

Tim and his wife have excellent communication and understanding that keeps them together through the absences. Their marriage has spanned decades, but they have not had any children. Robin once joked that they have not been able to become parents due to their out-of-synch schedules.

Robin Meade Had an Anxiety, and Tim Yeager Was Concerned about It

Tim's wife has been a reporter since the 1990s. Her career took off when she got employed by WMFD-TV. As she gained momentum in the broadcast industry, Robin became wearier with her performance on screen. This constant worry of being anything less than perfect had her fearful of her employer watching the show with dissatisfaction.

She then experienced a breakdown on television while reporting, and the anxiety became a regular part of her pre-show experience. "I was mortified, and I thought I'd lost my mind. The more I feared it, the more it kept happening," she said. The anxiety that dulled her performance would usually calm down after the show's first segment.

Tim was unhappy with his wife's situation and decided to step in, as mental health was a concealed topic at the time. He arranged an appointment with a therapist, who became a mainstay in her life. Over time, she began to embrace her panic attacks, making her anxiety obsolete.

Actor Robin Williams, whose death was tragically self-inflicted on August 11, 2014, also suffered from anxiety. His son was always there to support him through his stress and illness.

He was also supported by a nurse named Susan Schneider, whom he eventually married and would have joined in celebrating their 11th anniversary in 2014.
