Although legendary actor Al Pacino had never been married, he welcomed twins with an ex-partner. However, their relationship didn't last long, and Pacino had to fight for his children.
Now, his children are all grown up and look as beautiful as ever after their father ensured he could have a long-standing relationship with the children. They have recently released new pictures.

Beverley D'Angelo and Pacino met in the 90s, and D'Angelo was still married to her husband at the time. D'Angelo and her husband had an open relationship but knew that if the need arose, they could always count on one another.
D'Angelo said every man she was with understood the arrangement and reveled in having a relationship with her without any of the responsibility that usually came with it. However, that all changed when she met Pacino.
Pacino told D'Angelo her arrangement with her husband was "crazy.” D'Angelo and Pacino confessed their love for one another and decided they wanted to have children, so D'Angelo phoned her husband and told him she was beginning to find their arrangement crazy, too.

While D'Angelo's husband initially protested and said he found their relationship perfect, when she told him it was Pacino she was in love with, he exclaimed:
"Al Pacino, he's fantastic. I love him. We divorce!"
The pair had an uncontested divorce, and Pacino and D'Angelo began their romantic relationship. By 2001, the couple had welcomed their twins, Anton and Olivia, into the world. However, their relationship ended shortly after the children were born.
Pacino had a twelve-year-old daughter named Julie Marie from a previous relationship when the twins were born. Talking about his children, Pacino said: "Without sounding too corny, it gives you a reason to get up in the morning.”
Why Did Pacino and D'Angelo Start Fighting for the Twins After the Split?
D'Angelo and Pacino's children were just two when they began their custody battle. D'Angelo claimed the children's father was controlling and had never taken enough interest in his children, even to change their diapers.

Pacino claimed that D'Angelo used her children as hostages, and his lawyers joked they were running a baby rental company because, as they alleged:
"For every extra hour [Pacino] wants to spend with the children, she wants to be paid more money.”
The couple filed for joint custody of the twins, with Pacinco paying $35,000 monthly in childcare. However, the arrangement did not seem to work for either party, and they were involved in an awful custody battle.

While Pacino clarified that he didn't want to fight with his ex, he said his main issue was that he didn't have as much individual time with his children as he would have liked. Eventually, they worked it all out.
The Real Reason Pacino Desired to be A Devoted Dad
Once D'Angelo and Pacino settled their custody arrangements, D'Angelo mentioned that she knew whether her children were with her or their father; they had a capable and responsible parent beside them.

After Pacino was more comfortable with the custody arrangements and how he spent his time with his children, he became fully devoted to them, doing everything he could to ensure they had what they needed.
The actor mentioned that his father left him and his mother when he was two, and having children had healed the part of him that was hurt by that because he was able to be the father he never had.
He mentioned that being able to be there for his children in a way that his father wasn't for him had been the missing link in his life, and he enjoyed being a father to his children, although he admitted it wasn't always easy.

He confessed that for the first twenty minutes when he came home after being away for a while, it was an adjustment for him because he wasn't being treated the same way as when he was away.
Pacino joked that when he returned from being on set, he found it odd that people weren't waiting on him and instead were asking him to do something. He mentioned that he then realized everything he did was for his children.

He often stepped out with his children and has always been proud to show them off to his fans. He might be known for his tough-guy roles in movies, but he is known only as a loving father to his children.
Does Pacino's Daughter, Olivia, Really Look Like A Doll at 22?
In January this year, Pacino's daughter, Olivia, turned 22 and made an Instagram post in which she shared a series of photos where she is surrounded by black and gold balloons. The caption mentioned she had turned 22.
Fans took to the comments section to wish her a happy birthday; one said she looked more and more like her father daily. Others said she was beautiful and wished her a good year.
More recently, this week, Olivia posted a series of photos of herself on Instagram in which she wore a simple outfit of a sweatshirt and a pair of glasses. She did not appear to have any makeup on.
Fans once again commented on how beautiful she looked and how she looked like an angel. Al Pacino fanpage commented:
"Doll baby."
Other fans said she was a natural beauty, and others said she had a cute face. Pacino supports all three of his children and has fostered an excellent relationship with his twins.
