'Wednesday's Riki Lindhome Celebrates Her Son's First Birthday with Photos of Him

Despite becoming a breakout actress following her role in Netflix's "Wednesday," Riki Lindhome has kept aspects of her personal life out of the spotlight, such as details about her son and his father.

On March 5, 2022, Lindhome took to Instagram to announce the birth of her son. Her "little man" was born in Los Angeles; however, the actress has refrained from sharing further details about her baby, including the identity of his father.

In another Instagram post that received over seventeen thousand likes at the time of writing, Lindhome posted pictures of her son as a newborn wrapped in a swaddle and another of her and her baby enjoying skin-to-skin in the hospital.

In March, Lindhome shared a collection of pictures of her son throughout his first year of life, including his first birthday. In the caption, she wrote:

"I can't believe my baby is 1 today. Grateful is too small of a word for what I feel, but I can't think of a better one."

Riki Lindhome Decided Just to Live Her Life and Have a Baby

During an interview in 2023, Lindhome revealed that she chose not to wait and hope that her perfect partner would come along before starting her life.

She candidly shared that her preference would have been to have a child with someone she loved. However, when it came to love, the actress had "bad luck," and things would never work out.

So, she took matters into her own hands and had a baby alone without having a man in her life. "Don't put your life on hold," Lindhome advised, urging people who wanted to have children or travel not to wait for the perfect circumstance.

When Lindhome celebrated her 43rd birthday In March 2022, she did it with a picture of her baby boy and shared that her birthday wish had come true—becoming a mother.

In November of the same year, Lindhome gave fans another glimpse of her son when she gushed about her friend Natasha Leggero's book, "The World Deserves My Children."

Riki Shot to Fame with the Series "Wednesday"

Originally from Pennsylvania, Lindhome caught her big break when she was cast to appear in the hit play, "Embedded." Over the years, she appeared in "Million Dollar Baby" in 2004, "Fun Size" in 2012, and "Knives Out" in 2019.

However, her career saw a resurgence when she was cast to play Dr. Valerie Kinbott, Jenna Ortega's character's therapist in "Wednesday."
