Tom Brady's ex-partner, actress Bridget Moynahan, wowed fans in a recent Instagram post on the streets of New York City. The actress, an avid female empowerment advocate, stood outside a newly-opened beauty shop posing with her "cute" accessory: black thick-rimmed glasses.

In a recent update to her Instagram timeline, Bridget Moynahan showed fans the importance of supporting "friends doing cool things." The actress posted a thread of photos and a boomerang showcasing a bag of goodies, depicting her trip to the opening of Jones Road, a new beauty shop in New York City.

Moynahan used her platform to promote her friend's new venture, and she did it in style. As one fan commended her for "doing these promos for people," others couldn't help but swoon over how gorgeous the 51-year-old looked, donning an all-black outfit with matching thick-rimmed glasses.

One user wrote, "Love the look. Cute glasses Bridge!" Another said Moynahan was "awesome" and "beautiful," but they still felt the glasses "did nothing" for her "pretty face." Then one commenter, who seemed to fancy the Hollywood star, said she resembled a library school teacher, as they wrote:

"Looks like a library-teacher-MILF, i wanna be your student."

But, apart from taking the media by storm, Moynahan has been hard at work on the drama series, "Blue Bloods." Now and then, she gives fans sneak peeks with clips from upcoming episodes. Late last month, she also announced Larry Manetti and Tom Selleck would be guest-starring on the show.

Bridget Moynahan Is a Big Advocate for Everything Self-Care

Last June, Moynahan got candid about holistic self-care, noting that it can be physical, emotional, or mental. Physically, it can be as simple as taking a nap when needed. Alluding to emotional and mental self-care, she said, "it's OK" if one needs to shut down their phone and respond to texts and calls later.

Moynahan remarked on how wonderful it's been to see women being uplifted on social media. The "I, Robot" star said she was all about promoting "good, positive, and inspiring energy." Still, she added that limiting social media consumption, even with its positive and negative sides, was a muscle that needed training.

Earlier this month, she tweeted a quote about body positivity by Kate Winslet, where Winslet said she began saying phrases like, "I love my body" and "I am so proud of my body" to her daughter to engender self-love early. Moynahan, happily married to Andrew Frankel, is also a mother to a son named Jack, whom she shares with Tom Brady.
