Jennifer Lopez Still Looking To Sell Bel-Air Home after Dropping Price to $39.9 Million
Jennifer Lopez is a highly motivated seller, cutting $2.5 million from her Bel Air estate's listing price, yet her commitment to finding a new home seems less pressing.
Jennifer Lopez's nine-bedroom home garnered a lot of attention, with over 302,000 views on the listing video, but after being on the real estate market for 80 days when the price was dropped to $39,995,000.
The "Wedding Planner" actress is letting go of a great party house. Lopez bought the roughly eight-acre estate in 2016 for $28 million.
A comfortable 30-seated home theatre features movie posters of the star, such as "Monster in Law" and "El Cantante," and her husband Ben Affleck's "Hollywoodland." An amphitheater overlooking the densely wooded area seats 100.

The property features a private lake, a sandy beach, and ample parking. The guest house has a studio and gym; if guests overstay their welcome, the Bel Air Hotel is a short drive away.

J-Lo & Husband Ben Affleck Are Still on the Hunt for a New Home
The "Get Right" singer and Affleck have reportedly been close to purchasing a new home as a couple but have backed out of escrow multiple times, according to a TMZ report in March.
A source told the tabloid that the newlyweds were set to buy a $34.5 million Pacific Palisades but backed out just before signing the paperwork. They were photographed at a viewing of a mansion while they were escrowed on a home different from the Pacific Palisades property.
Lopez was photographed frowning as she left one viewing, with her arm hooked into Affleck's. "The Last Thing He Wanted" actor's stony expression was unreadable.
Real estate woes aside, Lopez has had a terrific year. While promoting "Shotgun Wedding" with Josh Duhamel, she opened up about her domestic situation in January on a "TODAY" segment.
She said that it had been an "emotional transition" moving in with Affleck and their respective kids, but at the same time, all her "dreams" were coming true: "It has just been a phenomenal year. My best year, I think, since my kids were born."
Duhamel quipped that he had loved Ben Affleck for longer than the "Ain't It Funny" singer has, to which she retorted, "I bet you have. He's dreamy."
Lopez has teenage twins, Emme Maribel Muñiz and Maximilian David Muñiz, with her ex-husband Mark Anthony. The Oscar winner shares his three children, Violet Affleck, Samuel Garner Affleck, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, with his former wife, Jennifer Garner.
