Pamela Anderson, 55, 'Hasn't Changed at All' with Iconic Baywatch Look Featured in New Swimwear Collab
In a recent Instagram post, Pamela Anderson channeled her inner C.J. Parker from "Baywatch" and recreated her iconic red swimsuit look. However, the actress, model, and media personality revealed she doesn't "work out much" despite being in fantastic shape at 55.
In honor of her collaboration with Frankie's Bikinis, Anderson wore her signature blonde locks in loose strands as she posed on the beach in her iconic one-piece swimsuit from her time as C.J. Parker on "Baywatch."
"It's about time. I have been so excited to share this with you. I'm horrible at keeping a secret. Time went so slowly… But today, after a long year, I can tell you. All my favorite ideas and tricks of the trade, all mixed into my swimwear collaboration with @frankiesbikinis. A dream come true," she captioned the post.
In the comments section, fans praised the actress—whose acting career dates back to 1991— for her timeless beauty. "'Baywatch' all over again, Pam. Haven't changed at all, like fine wine, babe," one fan shared, and another commented, "'Baywatch' babe forever. I'm so proud of you. I really hope you see this."
Another fan typed, "55 and still looking amazing as you did in 1989," and a fourth wrote, "Always stunning." When it comes to Anderson's fantastic shape, the actress revealed it was not achieved in the gym. "I don't work out much," she said. Instead, the mom of two prefers going for long walks or strolls through a museum.
As someone who is double-joined, Anderson shared that she is more flexible than strong and enjoys keeping her body stretched and moving. Another way the model enjoys breaking a sweat is through resistance training and dancing.
Anderson also follows a strict diet. The former "Baywatch" star is a vegan and only eats between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. as it leaves her feeling "great" and "energized." To keep herself motivated, Anderson humorously admitted to asking herself, "What would Serena Williams do right now?"
However, on other days, the actress admitted to needing the positivity of those around her. As for Anderson's ageless beauty, her secret for anti-aging is moisture. "I use a humidifier in dry climates, and a healthy rose water spray is the perfect toner and pick-me-up. I keep mine in the fridge and use it every time I open the door," she said.
Other than that, Pamela Anderson keeps her skincare routine simple and allows her skin to "do its thing" by not exfoliating too often, using "common-sense remedies," old wives' tales, and "the potions and beauty oils of ancient goddesses."
