Kristen has come to know Bob deeper right from their first date, where he discussed his plans with her, including his dreams of exploring different career paths like teaching or coaching high school basketball.

However, she doubted he could ever teach or coach high school basketball due to his interest in having a profession within NBA. "He just can't stop...It's just in him," she said. Bob Myers' wife also dreamed of attending a basketball game as a fan.

Inside Bob Myers and His Wife's Family Life

Despite his well-known connections with sports celebrities like the GSW stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, Bob has maintained a high level of privacy regarding his family life.

However, in a December 2022 GQ interview, he gave a glimpse into his life as a family man and how he deals with work and personal life. The basketball executive said:

"I protect my time by the fact that I have three kids and a wife that I really want to spend time with. I value that to the highest degree."

He also shared that he does not have much of a social life and has not maintained any social media accounts. Additionally, Bob emphasized his "careful" approach to maintaining relationships.

In addition to being close to Kristen, Bob also formed a special bond with his wife's brother, Scott Dinsmore.

Kristen Myers Was Heartbroken after Her Brother's Death

In addition to being close to Kristen, Bob also formed a special bond with his wife's brother, Scott Dinsmore. Scott was a TED speaker who founded Live Your Legend in 2011, an organization that helps people find careers they love.

Unfortunately, Scott died in 2015 after a climbing accident at the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. His wife, Chelsea, climbing alongside him at the time of the accident, emerged unharmed. Additionally, Chelsea revealed:

"No one else on the mountain was hurt. Scott was the only one."

The tragic loss of Scott affected Kristen and Bob. Bob Myers' wife was emotional and cried all day. Meanwhile, Bob had difficulty focusing on his work at the time due to overwhelming sorrow.
