Tyga made waves in the music industry as a prominent singer and songwriter. He produced several chart-topping hits and was once nominated for a Grammy Award.

However, the entertainer's pride and joy is his son, King Cairo. Tyga's kid grew up in the spotlight with a famous father and mother, Blac Chyna.

Fatherhood Changed Tyga's Life

King Cairo was born to Tyga and his ex in October 2012, changing their lives forever. According to the "Ayo" singer, having a child made him enjoy and appreciate life. He said:

"That's what life is about. You bring something into the world like that; your whole world kind of stops. It slows down, and you look at everything differently."

Admittedly, Tyga believes having a daughter would have changed him more. Still, having a child made him want to succeed in his career to pass something down to his offspring.

Tyga's Kid, King Cairo, Grew up in the Spotlight

As the child of famous parents, Cairo was well aware of the paparazzi and grew up in the spotlight. Since he was much younger, his parents have taken him to red-carpet events, such as the Kid's Choice Awards in 2017 and 2019.

Despite his parents' fame and sometimes stepping out with them, Cairo is not always a fan of paparazzi. In one video the press took, he was leaving an establishment with his father while telling paparazzi not to take photos of them. The young boy went as far as covering his face with his jacket to avoid being photographed.

Although his parents separated about two years after his birth, Tyga's kid felt their presence growing up. In 2020, Tyga shared a glimpse of his son's personality and love for cars. According to the artist, Cairo was quick at repeating and learning words, especially at school.

Tyga's Kid, King Cairo, Makes Him Proud

Tyga's kid is growing up to be a good boy, making the doting father proud. The musician is raising his son to enjoy childhood, explore his interests, and make mistakes to learn.

Much like his father, Cairo enjoys cars and jewelry. Admittedly, Tyga knows his son is somewhat spoiled and has to teach him to work hard to get what he wants. "It's just a great accomplishment to have a mini version of yourself," he said.

Besides being a good son, Tyga's kid is also a wonderful older brother to his sister, Dream, who Blac Chyna shares with Rob Kardashian. Chyna's Instagram posts show that Cairo and Dream often bond and share milestones.

Cairo has no siblings from his father's side. In 2018, the rapper clarified that he is not involved with anyone's child and asked the public to stop fabricating stories and attacking people's families.

Before his statement, Tyga was famously in a relationship with Kylie Jenner. The former couple never had kids because Kylie reportedly felt their relationship was never at the point where she could have a child with him.

However, she became a mother soon after with her then-partner, Travis Scott. The beauty mogul welcomed her first daughter, Stormi Webster, in February 2018.
