According to one report, the couple separated amicably in 2016, and the boxer was heard saying, "Guess what? I am single," in a video taken that year outside a Hollywood club. His representation did not confirm his relationship status at the time.

Oscar filed for divorce in early January 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences." In the filing, he asked for joint custody of their children, with Millie getting physical custody.
