Al Roker's daughter, Leila, followed in her father's footsteps. The New York native is a journalist based in Paris, specializing in fashion. Leila's interest in fashion began at a young age and has interred at famous fashion brands, including L'Oréal, Footwear News, Paper Magazine, WWD, Lela Rose, and more.

She has also done freelance work for Forbes and WWD, and her journalism skills have led her to work with ABC News and NBC News. Leila has also served as a social media consultant for several outlets.

Al became a first-time granddad after his daughter, Courtney Rocker Laga, and her husband, Wesley Laga, welcomed their first child on July 3. Courtney and Wesley tied the knot in July 2021.
