Justin H Min's Relationships: The Actor Has Posted a Lot about Dating on Twitter
Justin H. Min has voiced his thoughts on dating with his deadpan humor on social media and in interviews, but he has yet to walk the red carpet with a paramour or post an anniversary selfie.
While Justin H. Min was brilliant in his portrayal of a person open to dating on "Dating After College," judging from his tweets, his romantic life is either nonexistent or he is yet to open up about having a special someone in his life.
The actor is a fan favorite on "The Umbrella Academy" as Ben Hargreeves, where he was initially a supporting role as a ghost. However, he showed his range in the season two finale with a dramatic twist in Ben Hargreeves's circumstances.
Justin H. Min's Tweets on Courting: 'I Only Wear Cologne When I'm Dating'
"Sorry, I've been busy dating and being in a relationship and all of that," Min tweeted in October 2019. "Also, I dropped my phone last week and broke it. One of those statements is true. Let's just live in that ambiguity tonight. Let's just live."
With this update on X, the social media network formerly known as Twitter, the "Umbrella Academy" actor set the tone for his musings on dating. At the start of the Covid-19 stay-at-home orders in March 2020, he wrote, "Me: I could see myself dating this year. Them: [a gif of an older man and women laughing at him].
"Me: I'm so excited to date in 2020. 2020: [photos of him alone, staring into space]," the actor reflected more somberly in mid-2020. "I realized I only wear cologne when I'm dating. I guess what I'm saying is I don't wear cologne," he updated the Twittisvere later that year. Things started looking up for the actor the following year. He wrote in May 2021:
"My dating life is thriving in 2021. I just bought something from an Etsy shop hoping to spark a connection with the seller."

Experience of Dating as an Asian Man
As the son of Korean immigrants in Cerritos, California, Min had a unique first-generation experience in America by being in a city where Asians are the majority. He did not feel the brunt of the stereotypical 'undesirability' of Asian men perpetuated by the media and had a "pretty flourishing dating life."
He previously thought he was picky when it comes to dating.
"At Cornell, I started to experience that dissonance almost immediately," he said in 2022 while adding that "the ways that women had preconceived notions of Asian men. I'd never encountered that growing up."

Justin H. Min Has Been 'in Love'
The introvert said he could only do "one social function a week," but he has contended that as one gets older, one needs to be more proactive about creating the network one has naturally when at school. Additionally, he does not use dating apps.
In an April 2019 episode of "On Lunch Break!" he said dating when older can be more accessible in some ways. He said, "You have a better understanding of who you are, and in doing so, you eventually end up courting people who get to meet your genuine, authentic self."
Min previously thought he was picky when it came to dating, but the people he "ended up falling in love with" were "the exact opposite" of who he expected to fall for.
The star compared himself to the professional wingman in "Hitch" starring Will Smith, Eva Mendes, and Kevin James, insisting that he has set up at least three couples who are now married, though, with his dry humor, it is unclear how serious he was.
