Actress Sandra Bullock's partner Bryan Randall has suddenly died. The Oregon native's loved ones announced his tragic passing in a statement on August 7, 2023.
"It is with great sadness that we share that on August 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS," the former model's family revealed.
Randall had been battling the disease privately, and they honored that. The family thanked the medical team for caring for him on his journey. He was 57.

Randall first crossed paths with his girlfriend Bullock when she hired him to take pictures at her son Louis' birthday in January 2015 and went public with their romance later that year. In a December 2021 interview, she gushed:
"I found the love of my life."
Randall's Final Days & His Last Public Appearance
Bullock's partner was last seen in public alongside her in May 2020. The couple were driving around Los Angeles at the time in a Range Rover.
Randall was behind the wheel, and his eyes were fixated on the road as he wore sunglasses. He reportedly appeared "somber" and "dour." His lover Bullock was seated right next to him, and she, too, was wearing dark sunglasses.
Amid his private battle with ALS, his family revealed doctors helped him through his condition while the nurses were often present at their home and became their "roommates."
In the wake of Randall's shocking death, Bullock's sister Gesine Prado-Bullock revealed he had the "best caretakers" and that her famous sibling got nurses "who helped look after him in their home."
In September 2015, a source revealed that Randall moved in with Bullock at her seven-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion.
The move came less than a year after the lovebirds started dating. However, the insider further disclosed that the photographer still kept his place.
Inside Bullock's Real Estate Portfolio
In addition to being a Hollywood star, Bullock is also a landlord who has expanded her real estate portfolio over the years. In March 2021, she purchased a 2,800-square-foot Beverly Hills estate to rent it out.
The house was reportedly added to the seventeen other homes in her real estate portfolio. Some of Bullock's rentals reportedly start at $15,000 per night and go up to $42,000 monthly.
The property was built in 1946 and sits on less than a half-acre consisting of a white brick and plaster-like exterior with black trim. It has three bedrooms and three-and-half bathrooms.
Bullock's home features a custom-cut pool with a waterfall, a garden, windows, and vaulted ceilings. The interior has dark concrete floors, French doors, a living room with a fireplace and a reading nook next to a large window.
