Téa Leoni's son Kyd Miller Duchovny looks to have the creative energy of his parents, but he has not revealed his career path yet. However, it does not look to be acting.

At basketball games, Kyd Miller Duchovny and his sister West Duchovny were introduced to the world sitting courtside with their famous parents, David Duchovny and Téa Leoni.

While there are many paparazzi photos of him and his family from those games dating back to 2008, the student has not made many appearances at industry events.

West Duchovny's Brother Has a Wacky Sense of Humor

"Miller on vacation with his family and a poorly timed selfie with some strangers," West Duchovny captioned a slideshow of her brother in 2020, where he interacts with mannequins in various locations. In the final photo, he poses with his parents and sister.

This is one of the limited pieces of social media content of Kyd, as his Instagram account is private. "Soup is underrated, and so are refrigerators," Kyd proclaims in his Insta bio.

His dad posted a video of them in a guitar jam session to highlight the importance of music education in 2017. In a rare public appearance in November 2018, he suited up with a bow tie with his mother and sister at the 14th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball.

David Duchovny's son graduated from high school in 2019. On if his youngest is a storyteller like him, the actor said in a 2022 interview that Kyd is a "naturally gifted, funny guy," adding:

"He's a storyteller in that way but has shown no interest in acting."

Kyd is enrolled at Pitzer College in Claremont, Southern California, a liberal arts and sciences college with a student body of only 1 000. He is set to graduate in 2025, but his major is not indicated.

David Duchovny and Téa Leoni Remained Amiable after Splitting

When Kyd was 12, his parents announced their divorce in the summer of 2014. During their 17 years of marriage, they had been separated twice, the first time in 2008, the same year the "Californication" star entered rehab for sex addiction.

West Duchovny made her small screen debut in "The X-Files."

Téa shared in an interview not long after the news broke, "There was that brief moment when the kids said, 'Oh, I can work a scam on you here and him over there,' and we were like, 'News flash—no!'" She called her ex "a good guy."

Kyd Miller Comes from a Family of Actors

David has admitted that he is always scared when someone wants to pursue acting. Yet he is optimistic about his daughter, who was an English major like him, becoming an actress:

"But I think she has a toughness that can help her survive."

West Duchovny made her small screen debut in "The X-Files" in 2018 and has acted opposite Amanda Seyfried in "A Mouthful of Air." In 2023, she co-stars in "Painkiller" with Uzo Aduba and Matthew Broderick.

Best known for his roles in "The X-Files" and "Californication," David has remained busy with five projects in post and pre-production as of August 2023. While Téa has been in dozens of films, she made her mark as Elizabeth McCord in the series "Madam Secretary."
