The vocalist proved how young she still looks in a video she shared with her fans via social media. The clip showed her standing in her bathroom, applying cream and other products bearing her own name designed to help people keep their skin protected and looking youthful.

The clip also helped to promote Lopez's line of beauty products, JLoBeauty. She captioned the short video, "No filter. ALL. ME. #ThisIsMeNow at 54, glowing and happy @JLoBeauty." But despite the "Marry Me" star's insistence that she was wearing "no makeup" and "no filters," and had undergone no cosmetic surgery, fans had their doubts.

One fan commented, unconvinced, "Yeah we've all seen pictures of her without the filters and lighting Of her instagram she has to keep bragging about it you can tell it bothers her that not all of us are naive (sic)." Others echoed the sentiment, writing, "54 with cosmeticsurgery, Botox, fillers and filters. Just stop (sic)," and Promote your plastic surgeons instead 😁."

Despite revealing how she maintains her skin and physique, the actress has continuously faced skeptics who claim she has surely undergone plastic surgery.

Although much of the feedback on the video was negative, others were more willing to believe Lopez. One person praised her, "I've met jlo like 3 times she actually looks better in real life." Another person noted, "You are 54 years old and you are so natural and beautiful."

Lopez replied to his Tweet, ensuring him that she has never had any cosmetic surgery, although she has no problem with the practice. The actress wrote, "Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind," after which he retracted his statement, admitting that the skillful application of makeup could also make certain features more prominent.
