Comparato was born in November 1985 in Rio de Janeiro to Doc Comparato and Leila Mendes. She is a Latina actress, writer, director and producer. She received her film degree from Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro.

Comparato began her acting career at the age of 17 and went on to participate in numerous theater productions in Brazil. Her TV career kicked off in 2004 when she signed an exclusive 8-year contract with GLOBO, leading her to star in over ten in-house productions.
