The interviewer conducting the profile on Blunt then compared her heightened emphasis on protecting the privacy and normalcy of her kids to Hollywood actress Kate Winslet. Winslet, who is also a mom, said she tried to keep her level of fame unbeknownst to her children.

This year, Blunt appeared on an episode of a podcast where she spoke about family life and how she manages to balance everything she has going on personally and professionally. During the discussion, she candidly addressed that the balancing act does become a lot to deal with sometimes.

The Hollywood icon talked about how many people have asked how she manages to split her time between her family and her very busy schedule. Of her plans for her family life, Blunt disclosed:

"...This year I'm not working...I worked quite a bit last year...and I just feel there's cornerstones to their day that are so important when they're little...I just need to be there for all of them, for a good stretch."

Blunt detailed how intense and time-consuming her work schedule was last year and the emotional cost each project had on her and her family. The "Mary Poppins Returns" actress also divulged how she is sometimes prone to guilt for wanting to work more despite being a huge advocate for ambitious women who are also mothers.

On Friday, the doting and ambitious mama bear was spotted with her husband and their two daughters, who made a rare appearance at the US Open in New York City. The family outing is a rarity because the parents typically prefer to raise Violet and Hazel out of the public eye.

Violet and her sister enjoyed some beverages as the family sat cheering from the Arthur Ashe Stadium stands. Hazel wore a baseball cap and a dark-colored T-shirt, while her little sister, who sat on her dad's lap at some point during the event, was wearing a blue floral dress.

When fans of the star couple saw the pictures of the family, many expressed their excitement to see them enjoying their day. Of the comments that showered Krasinski and Blunt with love, many noted the striking resemblance the girls share with their mom.
