The interviewer asked the TV star what makes her current pregnancy different from her other ones. Kardashian responded that although she likes being pregnant, her doctors placed many restrictions on her for this one in particular. As a result, she became slightly fearful, especially after her surgery.

However, she ended her statement by explaining how she has maintained a positive mindset and remains grateful. Following this, the interviewer mentioned that Kardashian had been criticized online for having a baby at 44.

After affirming that the negativity doesn't affect her, citing the timeline of her pregnancy as God's plan, Kardashian revealed an interesting fact. As it turns out, her becoming pregnant happened:

"...when both Travis and I no longer even thought about it, and when I had stopped fertility treatment."

While staying on the topic of her fertility treatment, Kardashian divulged more about how the decision to pursue IVF came about in the first place. Of her IVF journey, she disclosed:

"The decision to try assisted fertilization was almost a non-choice, in the sense that I was pushed towards it...The truth is, I felt like I was doing something that wasn't right for me..."

Although Kardashian may not have wanted to pursue IVF when trying to get pregnant, she is ultimately over the moon that she got what she wanted, no matter how it ended up happening.
