Miranda Lambert paid tribute to her spouse, Brendan McLoughlin, in a recent social media upload. They could be seen cheerfully singing and dancing while gazing into each other's eyes.

McLoughlin recently celebrated his birthday, and his famous wife paid homage to him on Instagram. Lambert shared several photos and videos of her and her partner.

"Happy Birthday to the best husband. @brendanjmcloughlin, I love you. You're the one that I want," the award-winning singer wrote in the caption of her post. In one of the videos she shared, she and McLoughlin sing and dance along to the "Grease" soundtrack, "You're The One That I Want."

Fans reacted to Lambert's post and expressed awe at the video of them singing together. One person commented, "It's the last slide for me. Y'all are so cute. Happy bday, Brendan!"

While wishing McLoughlin a happy birthday, someone else penned, "You two are absolutely perfect for each other." As another expressed, "I'm so happy ya'll found each other!" Meanwhile, one person compared McLoughin to a former football star, writing, "He's like a younger version of Tom Brady. Happy Birthday."

Lambert Secretly Married McLoughlin after Years of Heartbreak

In February 2019, Lambert stunned many when she announced that she had secretly walked down the aisle with McLoughin, a retired New York Police Department Officer. She revealed on Instagram at the time:

"In honor of Valentine's Day, I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full."

Along with the post, the songwriter shared images from the couple's nuptials. One showed the happy newlyweds widely smiling as the bride held onto the groom's arm.

Another photo displayed the two looking into each other's eyes in an open field as McLoughlin, a New York native, held onto his newly wedded wife's hips. In her caption, she also thanked her husband for loving her.

After dating for three months, McLoughlin and the country music star married in January 2019. Before they met, Lambert had been on the receiving end because of her love life, which was highly scrutinized on social media.

The "Somethin' Bad" singer dated singer Anderson East for over two years, including Turnpike Troubadours frontman Evan Felker, before they ended their relationship in August 2018.

This is Lambert's second marriage, as she was previously married to singer Blake Shelton. The former Hollywood couple split in 2015 following four years of matrimony and another six years together.

The blonde beauty once expressed, "Love is a hard road sometimes, and it's been a roller-coaster ride for me." Before tying the knot with McLoughlin, the Grammy Award winner revealed in a June 2022 interview that she had done some self-introspection by the time she turned 30.

The Texas native explained she started to understand herself a bit better, adding that going through difficult times allows a person to get to that place in their lives, a place of rediscovery.

Amid those trying times, she decided to spend time alone to learn about herself as an individual and figure out what she wanted from life. The "Bluebird" hitmaker divulged that she eventually "got to a really good place" with herself." After that, she met her beloved spouse.

Lambert and Mcloughlin have been married for four years now. The lovebirds do not have children together, but the music star became a stepmother after marrying the former law enforcement officer.

In a June 2019 interview, the singer, songwriter, and guitarist, who has abundant love for dogs and has a foundation for rescue dogs, was asked whether she would have kids, and she deflected the question.

"Puppies are great birth control. And not to mention a stepson. It's a great practice, but I still get to like, go into rock ‘n roll mode, which I really enjoy," said the star.

Lambert and McLoughlin reportedly split their time between Nashville and New York City, where his young son, whom he welcomed in a previous relationship, resides.
