Tomica Woods Kept Her Promise to Keep His Record Label Going After His Death
Before Woods lost her husband, the rapper asked his wife to keep his record label, Ruthless Records, alive. Eazy-E co-founded the label, also home to N.W.A, the iconic rap group comprising Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and other artists. Wood shared:
"It's been a difficult time since Eric's death, but it's been worth it. [...] Eric wasn't a quitter. He believed in riding a project until the wheels fell off, and if they did, then he always said he'd carry it. This company was — and is — him."
