Mia is now a sophomore student pursuing a degree in psychology through a scholarship at Lipscomb University in Nashville. Her journey to fame began with her role alongside her parents in the reality TV series "Duck Dynasty."

The series ran from 2012 to 2017, chronicling the Robertson family's prosperous duck-hunting business. The show is among Hollywood's family-led TV shows, similar to The Kardashian clan's show starring Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner.

Mia Robertson's Condition Led Her to Launch a Foundation

Mia has a cleft lip and palate and has undergone 15 cleft-related surgeries. She opened up about her struggle, saying she missed the first day of her sophomore year in college to undergo her 15th surgery. She said:

"Instead of waking up in my new dorm room, heading to my new classes, I'll be heading into a month of pain and weakness."

Mia and her parents have documented her cleft journey on Instagram, such as her 14th surgery at the International Craniofacial Institute in 2022 and her 13th procedure in 2021. "She handled everything with doc, nurses, and anesthesiologist like a pro," Jase remarked about their daughter.

Besides her medical journey, Mia helps raise funds to help other individuals with cleft lip/palate through the Mia Moo Fund, established in 2014. She started this mission at the age of 10.
