According to her LinkedIn profile, Ruby serves as the organization's executive assistant. Notably, Ruby's mom spoke at the group's event in 2002, encouraging young individuals to recognize their potential in their 20s.

Ruby and her father and brother have supported her mother in politics. They vote together during elections and attend political rallies. Her dad, a videographer, contributed to Kari's campaign.

In 2022, Kari ran for the position of governor in Arizona, but unfortunately, she lost to Katie Hobbs. Despite the outcome, Ruby's mother has not conceded yet.
