- The couple had not been together the entire time they had known each other.
- They are now raising a family together.
This man is successful in his own right, but one of his most significant claims to fame is his superstar wife, an icon in Hollywood since she was a very young girl. However, she was never able to find lasting love.
It turned out that the person she was searching for had been in her life for over a decade before the pair decided to explore a romantic relationship together.

The pair got married in what this man's wife called a "fairytale wedding." She admitted that they had waited so long to get together because she was not ready to be with a "nice guy" when they met.

This man's wife, like him, is a successful businesswoman reportedly worth approximately $300 million earlier this year. They are currently raising a family with their combined fortunes, having already welcomed two children.
Who Is This Man?
The man in question is Carter Reum, Paris Hilton's husband. The pair met at one of Hilton's house parties fifteen years before they got married, but nothing ever came of the relationship.

Years later, Hilton met Reum again at her family's Thanksgiving party. The pair were reintroduced and have been inseparable ever since. Hilton admitted that Reum was not someone she would have been with before they met again in 2019. She explained:
"He's not famous. He's smart. He comes from a nice family. He's a good person. It was the opposite of what I had been used to when I was looking for guys."

Before she met Reum, Hilton even thought of herself as asexual, saying many of her past relationships didn't work out because of that. However, when she met Reum, she found she trusted him enough to let her walls down and soon realized that she was never asexual; she just didn't feel comfortable enough with anybody else.
The pair moved in together during the pandemic and tied the knot in November 2021. Hilton felt that after everything she had been through in her life and all the hardships she faced, she was finally getting to build a life with someone she truly loved and trusted.

Hilton and Reum's wedding was a three-day affair during which they spent time at Hilton's grandfather's old estate and then at the Santa Monica pier, where they held a carnival to celebrate their wedding. The pair also enjoyed a seven-and-a-half-week honeymoon.
Shortly after they married, the couple began planning their family. They once discussed how they would raise their children, with Hilton saying she didn't want them to grow up to be influencers as she found the industry toxic. However, Reum reminded Hilton that she was strong-willed and their children might inherit that trait.

The pair also share good relationships with each other's families. Hilton gets along well with Reum's mother and said she knew he would be a fantastic father and husband one day judging from how sweet and thoughtful he was with his mother. Reum shared that his mother loved Hilton, and it meant a lot to him that two of the most influential people in his life got along so well.

Besides becoming a new member of Reum's family, Hilton's life has changed in many ways. Hilton once said she would only stop working once she made a billion dollars, but her perspective on this changed. She admitted that she saw money as freedom and thought she wanted to make a billion dollars to have her space.

However, now that her life is so rich, she is no longer motivated to make a billion dollars. Hilton admitted that when she wasn't happy in her personal life, she strived to make money so she would feel happiness. However, she has now realized that her joy comes from the family she is creating.
Hilton and Reum's Family
After Hilton got married, she knew she wanted two or three children and had already picked their names out. Although she shared what she would like her daughter's name to be, she never shared her son's name for fear that someone would steal it.

In January this year, Hilton took to Instagram to share a photo of a tiny hand wrapped around her thumb, announcing her son's birth. She later revealed that her son's name was Phoenix. Hilton chose this name because it was also a city, and it references the bird that rises from the ashes of its flames. She shared:
"I want my son to grow up knowing that disaster and triumph go around and come around throughout our lives and that this should give us great hope for the future."
Hilton also shared that she would like to name her daughter London Marilyn, which gives a nod both to naming her children after cities and to her grandmother. Around Thanksgiving this year, Hilton shared that she had finally welcomed little London into the world, making her son a big brother.
While Hilton may no longer be worried about becoming a billionaire, she and Reum are still business-oriented people, and each has their own business ventures that keep them busy when they are not with their children.
What Is Reum's Job?
According to his LinkedIn page, Reum is an entrepreneur who works as a venture capitalist for the company, M13, which helps other companies scale their businesses.
The page also indicates that Reum is an author, who penned the book "Shortcut Your Startup," which aims to help other entrepreneurs get the best out of their business. He has even been instrumental in assisting Hilton in building her various businesses.
For her part, Hilton has tried her hand in everything from singing to business and is now focused on growing her current endeavors and being the best mother to her two children. The family celebrated Thanksgiving with the arrival of their new daughter.
