Speaking at the October 2025 launch of Paddy Power and The Hippodrome Casino's Paddy's Sportsbook, she reflected on decades of harsh public scrutiny over her size.

Diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) at 28, she revealed she had struggled with weight gain for most of her adult life. At her heaviest, she weighed over 23 stone and wore a size 26.

But in November 2024, everything changed. She began taking NHS-approved Mounjaro weight-loss injections, and as of late 2025, she had lost more than three stone.

'I Used to Fascinate About Food All Day — Now I've Forgotten All About It'

Collins said the medication had completely reshaped her relationship with food.

"For me, taking the jab is more about helping me not to fixate on food, so I actually only eat once a day now and don't snack," she said. "I used to fascinate about food all day, but now it's not a major player in my life anymore, I've forgotten all about it."

"If I get a bit hungry, I'll have something to eat, but it's just about making smarter choices," she continued. "The jabs aren't for everyone but it's a life changing drug for some people if it's taken correctly and not abused. It has helped me a lot."

Yet despite her shrinking waistline, she's standing firm in who she is.

Collins made one thing crystal clear: she has no intention of chasing size zero. "Nothing against skinny people, but I don't ever want to be thin," she said.

"Darling, I became most famous being who I am. If I got stick thin overnight, it would kill my brand, my endorsements and it wouldn't be me. I've become successful being who I am and I'm not going to change that for anyone. I'm really not."

"God's made me as I am and now I just embrace my natural body size. I love my hips. I love my curves. I'm never going to be thin and I've made peace with that. Everyone needs to accept it."
