Former 'The View' co-host shocks fans by her drastic transformation after a no-sugar diet
The former co-host from The View showed off her slim figure after she went on a no sugar diet.
Sherri Shepherd sparked conversation on social media after she posted a photo of herself on Instagram, where her weight loss looked very noticeable.
Entertainment Daily revealed that the post was to promote her most recent stand-up comedy show.
Still, fans were more focused on her slimmer figure rather than the upcoming show of their idol.
Shepherd previously talked about going on a no sugar diet.
She showed off her more toned physique by wearing black leather pants and fitted black top in the photo, as she stood in front of former Tonight Show host, Jay Leno.
The snapshot was taken on the set of Leno’s series, Jay Leno’s Garage.
As for her latest project, Shepherd revealed that her upcoming comedy stint is entitled Girls Nite Out for Laughs, which is an all-female comedy show featuring Shepherd and other female public figures.
The cast also includes Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes, Melanie Comarcho, Adele Givens, Jess Hilarious, together with special guest, Loni Love.
The show is on March 16, 2018, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Even though her fans are hyped about the show, they couldn’t help but gush over Shepherd’s new look.
Entertainment Daily shared that one fan commented, ‘You have dropped that weight and you are looking fabulous.’
Others also showered the comedian with compliments saying she looks ‘awesome’ and ‘amazing.’
One fan even said that she is proud of Shepherd.
On March 9, 2018, Shepherd confessed that her diet was actually maddening for her.
She admitted on Twitter that the no-sugar plan was making her very irritable.
Her fans were quick to show their support to the star, saying that she should stay on the right track and maintain her healthier and better lifestyle.
