Carrie Underwood flashes her incredible body in a recently shared workout video

The country singer just awed fans with her amazing body as she shared a workout video on her social media.

Carrie Underwood is promoting her athleisure line Calia by Carrie Underwood, which showed off her new workout. AmoMama got the scoop from Inquisitr.

The clip featured the mom displaying her superb workout skills, including sit-ups with legs wrapped around a punching bag. Carrie is basically sweating it out in the video, which was originally posted to Calia’s official Instagram and then reposted by the Blown Away singer.

She could also be seen throwing a huge medicine ball at a wall and then took on the tough crunches. Of course, she was wearing exclusive items from her line, which is currently available at Dick’s Sporting Goods stores.

The outfit flaunted her rock hard body as she works out and finally reveals that exercise and working out is what she does on her days off. The caption in the video discloses that as well.

It is unclear whether the video was shot before or after Carrie’s recent accident, which happened in November 2017, that left her with a broken wrist and 40 to 50 stitches in her face. But it’s quite possible that the production began after.

If it was indeed filmed post-Carrie’s fall, then it seems like she is healing quite well after months of recuperation. The country superstar shared an x-ray of her wrist on Instagram and said that she has had her last visit to the hospital for her wrist.

This would mean that her wrist would have already been healed just in time to take the tough exercise routine for the video.
