Ben Affleck buys $19.2 million mansion with 7 bedrooms, cinema, and spa, near his ex-wife

AmoMama brings you details of Ben Affleck’s new home. As The Daily Mail reports, the actor is moving closer to his ex-wife and kids in a dreamy mansion in Los Angeles.

Seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, screening room and spa; that is what you will find in Ben Affleck’s $19.2 million LA mansion. A source disclosed that the actor was looking for a home to be in close proximity to his family in Los Angeles. The new abode is reportedly close to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner’s home.

In February, a source told People that Affleck had taken girlfriend Lindsay Shookus along the home hunt, but they were not buying it together. 'Ben is looking to buy a family friendly house. Lindsay shared her opinions, but it was clear that they are not buying a house together.'

Affleck reportedly wants to be close to his children; daughters Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine and six-year-old son Samuel after he and Garner got divorced in 2015.

Garner spoke to Vanity Fair about the ending of their marriage.

'Let me just tell you something. We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes. It’s not great for your kids for [a nanny] to disappear from their lives. He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He’s just a complicated guy. I always say: "When his sun shines on you, you feel it." But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it’s cold. He can cast quite a shadow.'

According to Sotheby’s, the realtor who listed the house, it truly is a dreamy affair. The Batman actor has reportedly been residing in a rental apartment since he and Garner parted ways.
