Khloé Kardashian made a rare public appearance to watch Thompson playing in the NBA Finals

Khloe Kardashian was spotted supporting the father of her 8-week-old daughter True during Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

Tristan Thompson played for the Cleveland Cavaliers at their home game against the Golden State Warriors and Khloe was there to support him, as reported by Harper Bazaar.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star was wearing a Cleveland Cavaliers oversized T-shirt and distressed denim. She walked to the backstage area nicely guarded by law enforcement and got the total VIP treatment.

The Cleveland Cavaliers tried their best to pull through in Game 3 of the NBA Finals, but couldn't get it done late in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, Thompson’s team lost 102-110 and now faces a 0-3 deficit.

Khloe was spotted that night cheering on her basketball player boyfriend and despite the fact that they lost the game; she was seen leaving the Quicken Loans Arena tunnel with a smile. She even took some time to take selfies with fans and attendees

The star’s presence during this stressing time for Thompson indicates that the couple is officially looking past the cheating scandal that put their relationship in danger.

Khloe's brother-in-law, Kanye West, even referenced the cheating scandal in a song off his new album, Ye.

Khloe and Tristan began dating in 2016 and were planning to get married but their wedding plans have been put on hold following the scandal.

Many of Khloe’s fans are not happy that she and Thompson are still together, following the revelation that he cheated on her just a few days before she gave birth to their beautiful daughter True.

But no matter what her fans think, everything indicates that she is going to try to make things up with Thompson.

According to a Us Weekly report, Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan, trusts Khloé’s decision enough to support her determination to stay with her baby’s daddy.

“I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead. I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé. She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out,” said Jenner.
