Vanessa Williams warms hearts with photos of grown-up daughter Sasha on Grads trip

Actress and fashion designer Vanessa Williams, who was the first African-American woman crowned Miss America, took to Instagram to share photos of Sasha, one of her daughters.

Her post consisted of a five-image slideshow. The first photo portrayed Sasha with a couple of friends posing next to Disney character Daisy Duck. Behind them, there was a vast yard filled with trees and bushes.

For the friendly outing, Sasha put on a short blue cocktail dress that had a deep V-cut. Apart from that, she wore white shoes that perfectly combined with her dress and a simple yet elegant necklace.

The rest of her friends opted for clothes more casual as the boys wore simple shirts and pants, and the girls chose blouses and skirts.

In the second post, Vanessa appeared on camera as she took a selfie portraying herself, Sasha, and one of her friends. The actress wore a black blouse, big rounded earrings, and brown sunglasses.

The next image was also a selfie portraying Vanessa wearing a grey top smiling next to a woman who, according to the slideshow’s caption was Disney guide Laurie Sintay Fox.

For the fourth photo, Vanessa captured the exact moment when three of Sasha’s friends were using their phones at the same time while being sat side to side.

The final picture showed Vanessa, Laurie, Sasha, and the rest of her friends posing in front of a big house. In the caption, the 55-year-old actress set clear that the outing was part of the group’s ‘Grads trip.’

As soon as she uploaded that image, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user Adnet Samba, who confessed that Sasha and Vanessa were adorable women and added the idiom ‘Like mother like daughter.’

As Celebritist previously reported, Sasha’s father is former NBA player Rick Fox, who was married to Vanessa from 1999 to 2004. She has three siblings, including singer and dancer Jillian Hervey.
