Kirk Franklin melts hearts in touching pic with wife, looking in love

Gospel singer and choir director Kirk Franklin, also known as the ‘Reigning King of Urban Gospel,’ took to Instagram to share a photo next to his wife.

In the image, Kirk and Tammy Franklin appeared staring at each other in a very loving and romantic way. The singer was wearing a long-sleeved white shirt and a brown, green, and red hat.

His wife, on the other hand, opted for a blue shirt and a pale brown sweater. For the caption, the proud husband was short and concise as he only added a red heart emoji.

As soon as Kirk uploaded that picture, his fans and followers took to the comment section to praise the couple for their relationship and to share their thoughts.

One of them was Instagram user @jbrowaka, who confessed that they loved Kirk and Tammy’s love. The user added that the Franklins were friends and they like/love each other.

Even though Tammy and Kirk have a wonderful relationship that is more than two decades long, things were not as good as they are at the moment, pretty much because of the singer’s addiction to pornography.

During an interview Kirk had with CBN, he confessed that everything started when he was around eight or nine years old when he saw his first magazine for adults. From that point on, he became addicted.

Tammy revealed that her husband tried to implement pornography into their marriage by asking her to watch a film with him. However, it made Tammy feel ‘dirty,’ and she would get angry and avoid watching them.

Kirk explained that he told Tammy about his problem by the second year of marriage when he recognized he had a severe problem with it. Tammy was sensitive and stood by her side all the time.

Thankfully for the family, Kirk told everything to Pastor Tony Evans, who helped him a lot and he ended up overcoming his addiction problem.
