J.Lo shares heartwarming post and video to congratulate boyfriend

On Friday, Jennifer Lopez’s boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, celebrated his birthday. His big day came a few days after the singer and actress celebrated hers.

In honor of her boyfriend’s special day, Lopez took to Instagram to post a video and a loving message to the former athlete. The clip was a montage of various events and moments between Lopez, Rodriguez and their family and friends.

July 27 was Alex Rodriguez’s 43rd birthday. His girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, 49, took to Instagram to show her love for her man with a video montage.

The clip included segments from their recent vacation with Lopez's 10-year-old twins Max and Emme and Rodriguez's daughters Ella, 10, and Natasha, 13. It also saw the couple singing in the car, posing for selfies, and sharing a moment during a photo shoot.

‘Baby, spending time with you over the past year and a half...getting to know the real you more and more...I am surprised everyday by the generous, loving person you are to me and everyone around you... you bring energy and laughter everywhere you go,’ she wrote.

She added that she most impressed by the man he strove to be before telling him that she loved him and wished him a happy birthday. The following day, Rodriguez shared a video post from his birthday party.

In the clip, Lopez was seen leading partygoers in a rendition of Journey's Faithfully as the group waved glow sticks in the air. The athlete captioned the video by announcing; ‘Now this is a party!’

A few days ago, on Tuesday, Lopez celebrated her own birthday. She honored the day by having an intimate party which she shared photos of on Instagram.

In the images, she was also seen with her children and Rodriguez. One picture showed the singer enjoying some birthday cake.
