Idris Elba proved that even casualwear could look good in a premiere as he graced the red carpet premiere of "Yardie" with his fiancee Sabrina Dhowre.

Dressed in a white sweater, black pants, and white sneakers, Idris pulled off his casual look and made it look couture as he hit the red carpet premiere of "Yardie" in Southbank last Tuesday.

Beside him, his fiancee Sabrina looked stunning in a blue off-shoulder gown which highlighted her curves and incredible figure.

Although Elba is a distinguished actor, "Yardie" marks his directorial debut. The movie focuses on a young Jamaican boy who seeks revenge after he encounters the murderers who killed his brother 10 years ago.

Idris has been a hot topic in the media recently after being rumored to be the next James Bond. The speculations arose after the movie series' director Antoine Fuqua brought up his name in a recent interview. When speaking to the Bond film producer Barbara Broccoli, he told her that it was finally time for an actor of color to play the role, and it was Elba who was specifically mentioned.

"Idris could do it if he was in shape. You need a guy with physically strong presence. Idris has that."

While this particular piece of information went viral, The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Fuqua's representatives have denied the conversation with Broccoli, saying that it never took place.

“He never had a conversation with Barbara about the franchise or about any casting. It’s all made up stuff. Not sure how it got started.”

Idris must have also gotten a hold of all the buzz going around, especially since his name at one point became a viral topic. However, he decided to speak up about it by asking his fans not to believe the hype.

Altough Daniel Craig is set to reprise his role as James Bond in the upcoming "Bond 25" movie, fans are still hopeful that the next franchise will feature a man of color, particularly Idris Elba instead.
