Kanye West, who spent this past weekend in his hometown of Chicago with son Saint West, was spotted taking the boy out to a baseball game. Kanye had earlier met with disapproval from his wife on how he was taking care of their son.

In a video of Instagram, Kanye was at the Chicago Cubs versus Chicago White Sox baseball game. “The Life of Pablo rapper” made his way to the middle of the field with two-year-old Saint balanced on his shoulders. Both father and son rocked outfits appropriate for the occasion.

Kanye wore a White Sox jersey and Heron Preston NASA sweatpants, while Saint looked adorable in a red and black ensemble with a pair of trendy sneakers. Kanye, 41, walked towards the baseball diamond amidst cheers from the crowd. His track, “Homecoming” also blared in the background.

Lifting Saint off his shoulders, Kanye provided guidance as the toddler threw the ceremonial first pitch.

Saint and Kanye’s Chicago weekend also included a trip to Sugar Factory where Saint loaded up on the sweets. The doting dad Kanye made sure to share a photo from their fun outing on Twitter and Instagram.

Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian-West saw the post and was not too pleased. The reality star who was in California supporting their first child, North, on her first runway debut, sent a reply to her husband on Twitter, asking “Ummm what is our son eating for dinner?!?!”

Meanwhile, Saint also got to hang out with Chance the Rapper’s daughter Kensli. The two toddlers held a dance party to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” Chance shared the video on Instagram and captioned it:

"Reunited and it feels so good."

Earlier at an event organized for Chicago high schoolers, Kanye had revealed he was moving back to Chicago:

“I’ve got to let you all know that I’m moving back to Chicago. And I’m never leaving again.”

While there have been speculations about Kim being mad over Kanye’s statement, an insider tells People the beauty mogul is not worried:

“Kanye has a tendency though to change his mind quickly, so she is just going along with his plans because it makes him happy. Next week, something else might make him happier.”

It seems Kanye wants his son to get used to the town where he was raised, but we're not sure if the rapper will follow through. Kanye and his wife are also parents to eight-month-old Chicago, whose name is a nod to Kanye's heritage.
