Beyoncé's mom Tina Lawson shares sweet tribute to her son-in-law Jay-Z on his 49th birthday

Beyonce's mother Tina Lawson wished her son-in-law Jay-Z happy birthday with a sweet tribute in an Instagram post, shown below.

Tina Lawson has been known for showing her love for her family on social media. She has posted a few tributes to family members for their birthdays and her son-in-law would not be left out.

She took to Instagram to post a throwback image of the famous rapper. She went on to wish him a happy 49th birthday.

In a lengthy caption, she wrote, "“A very Happy Birthday to my amazingly talented , super smart, gracious, classy , filled with swag son in law. I have witnessed your loyalty to all of your friends, some from childhood if only we all could be so supportive of our friends and share a mutual love and respect for each other like you and your amazing friends."

The mother-in-law has a lot of love for her famous son-in-law. She commended him saying he has "done so much for our Culture."

"Thank you for that! I could not be more happy to have you in my family and could not be more happy to be in yours. (Gloria and Grandma Hattie you did great). I have watched you grow personally in leaps and bounds and you are an incredible husband and the best Father! I love you.” continued Lawson

Before his birthday, Jay-Z and Beyonce performed at the Global Citizens Festival: Mandela 100 in South Africa. They shared a two-hour set that was reminiscent of their On The Run II tour.

In a post, Tina had revealed that she was in Johannesburg too. She posted a picture of herself standing behind a gate.

The event was held at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. It featured performances from Pharrell Williams, Chris Martin, Usher, Wizkid, Eddie Vedder, Femi Kuti, Kacey Musgraves, and Tiwa Savage among others

On Beyonce's 37th birthday, the proud mother shared an adorable picture of her singing sensation daughter Beyonce. Lawson shared on Instagram a classic photograph of a 4-month-old Beyonce.

As expected it contained a heartfelt caption. She spoke about her love for her daughter and her pride at being her mother.

‘Happy Birthday to the nicest, owner of the most beautiful, generous, loving hearts ever !!!! Brilliant too! Always thinking, planning, analyzing, strategizing, how you can make everything you touch better!’

The jet-setting mother is also a proud granny. She shared a video of Beyonce and Jay-Z during the On the Run Tour II with their 11-month-old twins Rumi and Sir and 6-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

The video came just after rumors had spread that Beyonce and Jay-Z had renewed their wedding vows. Needless to say, it added momentum to the rampant rumors.

The doting granny simply captioned it, " My Babies."
